RATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation or modification by the customer
1. Please be advised that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code does not apply.
2. The terms and conditions of the booked rate specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
3. Prepaid reservations cannot be modified or cancelled. Deposits paid in advance are non-refundable. In such cases, this is specified in the rate's terms and conditions.
4. When the terms and conditions of the booked rate allow it:
- you can cancel your reservation directly on the Site or via Mobile Services using the "View or cancel your reservation" section;
- You can modify your reservation directly with the hotel; the phone number is provided in the booking confirmation email.
5. In the event of an early departure by the guest, the full agreed price will be charged. For prepaid reservations, no refund will be granted as a result.
6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the guest must vacate the room by 12:00 PM on the day of the end of
the reservation. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged.
7. All reservations are personal and may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for payment, or for commercial purposes.
