FITZ GROUP brings together five venues, each with its own identity but all driven by the same standards: human-scale restaurants, generous and responsible cooking, and a chic atmosphere designed for genuinely convivial moments.
Fitzgerald (7th arrondissement) pairs a bistronomic restaurant with a speakeasy hidden at the back — a double experience that has won over Brad Pitt, among others, a regular there. Vesper (7th), designed by Lázaro Rosa Violán, serves contemporary Japanese cuisine in a sophisticated setting, with a cocktail bar and terrace. Abstinence(15th), near the Champ de Mars, is a bistronomic wine bar built around a sharp selection of organic and natural wines. Hollywood Savoy (2nd) embodies the Art Deco elegance of the Bourse district, blending refined brasserie cooking with a festive club atmosphere. Finally, La Fontaine Gaillon (2nd), a Parisian institution since 1841 and once owned by Gérard Depardieu, offers a restaurant, a bar and private dining rooms for up to 35 guests.
