A MORE RESPONSIBLE STAY, THE KORNER WAY

At Korner Hotels, sustainability comes to life in every detail, from the organic breakfast to the suppliers we choose. An overview of our concrete actions for a more responsible stay.
A more responsible stay, the Korner way
At Korner Hotels, sustainability is not just a charter displayed in the room. It shows in every detail of your stay, from your breakfast plate to the bed linen, through our day-to-day practices and the partners we choose. Here is how it works in practice.
Sustainable food We work with artisans and producers from the Paris region through short supply chains: Brut de Pains for organic sourdough bread, PrimFruits for seasonal fruit selected from local growers, and MySpresso for 100% organic, fair-trade coffee, sourced directly from certified cooperatives and artisan-roasted in France for each delivery. Its packaging is handled by APF France Handicap, supporting the employment of people with disabilities. More generally, we keep single-use packaging to a minimum in the rooms and at the buffet.
Reducing our impact Filtered water to limit the use of plastic bottles, linen changed only on request, washing machines and dishwashers on eco mode, motion-sensor lighting in most of our common areas, refurbished computers at reception, certified eco-labeled cleaning products. Simple actions, but applied systematically across our 11 hotels.
Encouraging good habits Digital menu, invoices by email, electronic payments to limit cash transport, waste-sorting signage, cycle-path recommendations and a metro map available from the moment you arrive. Our deliveries are handled by Stuart, a low-carbon solution, because one more good habit is never one too many.
Solidarity initiatives Our Intimani rugs, handmade in Madagascar, fund medical aid and education for local children. Our Re-Belle jams make the most of "imperfect" fruit that would otherwise have been thrown away, while supporting professional integration. Our unsold food is redistributed via Too Good To Go to fight food waste.
Suppliers who share our standards We choose partners whose commitments are concrete and measurable. Gallia and Elis, our linen suppliers, and Filfa, our cleaning partner, all rank in the top 5% of companies worldwide assessed by EcoVadis. Behind these labels are tangible results: 245 tonnes of CO₂ avoided by Gallia in 2025 thanks to 100% French rapeseed fuel, a washing technology that cuts water consumption from 11 to 3.4 liters per kilo, and 70% of Elis's used textiles recycled or reused. Measurable commitments, not promises.
A conviction, not a constraint Lifestyle hospitality and sustainability are not at odds. They complement each other naturally. We prove it every day, in each of our 11 Paris hotels.
