Where to eat around our hotels: our teams' favourite spots

Parisian restaurant terrace in a neighbourhood near a Korner hotel

Our reception teams have been recommending the same places for years. Here they are in one place: two neighbourhood restaurants next to each of our 13 Paris hotels.

It's the question we're asked most often at reception, right after the wifi code: where can we eat well, not too far away, without falling into a tourist trap? Our teams have their answers, honed by sending guests there and listening to what they say when they come back. Here they are in one place: two addresses per hotel, almost always just a few minutes' walk away.

One tip that applies to all of them: in Paris, a small dining room that's fully booked on a Tuesday evening needs a reservation. Ask reception to make the call — we're happy to do it.

Korner Châtelet (Paris 1)

The area has no shortage of restaurants, but many live off passing trade. From our hotel in the 1st arrondissement, near the Marais, two safe bets:

Yahmi, 25 avenue Victoria — just a few doors from the hotel, Moroccan cuisine in a calm dining room, ideal when you don't feel like walking any further. Closed on Sundays.

Le Royal, 246 rue Saint-Honoré — a fifteen-minute walk along rue de Rivoli, a brasserie open from breakfast until very late, handy when you're heading back from a show.

Korner Louvre (Paris 2)

Around our hotel near the Louvre Museum, between the Palais-Royal and the Bourse, the streets empty out in the evening and the good tables are easy to spot.

Chimère, 22 rue du 4 Septembre — two minutes away, creative small plates in a stylish dining room, open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.

Le Comptoir des Petits Champs, 17 rue des Petits Champs — a classic bistro on the Palais-Royal side, five minutes away, perfect for a no-fuss dinner.

Korner Opéra (Paris 2)

Rue Montmartre, home to our hotel on the Grands Boulevards, has enough on its own to eat somewhere different every night for a week.

Circonstances, 174 rue Montmartre — twenty metres up from the hotel, refined cooking and value for money that's rare in the area. Closed at weekends.

La Petite Bourse, 127 rue Montmartre — a neighbourhood bistro with a daily specials board and a good glass of wine, the place for a quick lunch as much as an evening drink.

Korner Sorbonne (Paris 5)

The Latin Quarter has its classics, and from our 3-star hotel in the Latin Quarter, you're better off heading up rue Saint-Jacques than staying on the boulevard.

Perraudin, 157 rue Saint-Jacques — an authentic, old-school Parisian bistro with œuf mayo, bœuf bourguignon and checked tablecloths, seven minutes' walk away.

Coup de Torchon, 187 rue Saint-Jacques — a tiny family-run dining room with a short, seasonal menu. Booking essential.

Hôtel Léman Opéra (Paris 9)

Rue de Trévise, home to Hôtel Léman Opéra, is one of the best streets in Paris for dinner: it all happens right under your windows.

RAMDAM Le Comptoir, 15 rue de Trévise — generous dishes to share, a neighbourhood atmosphere, open late on weekdays.

Willette Café Troquet, 21 rue de Trévise — just opposite, more refined bistro cooking and a few tables on the terrace.

Korner République (Paris 10)

From our hotel near Canal Saint-Martin, between République and the canal banks, everything is within walking distance.

Les Rupins, 35 boulevard de Magenta — a contemporary brasserie with a pleasant terrace, the go-to table for your first evening when you arrive late.

Primavera, 16 place Jacques Bonsergent — a family-run pizzeria five minutes away, open every day, with quick service.

Korner Saint-Marcel (Paris 13)

Boulevard Saint-Marcel, home to our hotel near Gare d'Austerlitz and the Jardin des Plantes, has more to offer food lovers than meets the eye.

Mortensen, 11 boulevard Saint-Marcel — a small dining room, a short menu and precise cooking; book ahead. Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Tesoro d'Italia, 65 boulevard Saint-Marcel — the local Italian, with pizzas and pasta, three minutes from the hotel.

Korner Eiffel (Paris 15)

Beaugrenelle and avenue Émile Zola, where our hotel near the Eiffel Tower awaits you, form a real, lively neighbourhood, far from the crowds of the Champ-de-Mars.

Le Germinal, 95 avenue Émile Zola — right opposite the hotel, homemade bistro cooking and a sunny terrace.

Le Relais du 15ème, 78 avenue Émile Zola — a generous Italian open seven days a week, ideal for families.

Korner Montparnasse (Paris 15)

Around Pasteur and rue Falguière, home to our hotel near Gare Montparnasse, you eat like the locals.

Aux Artistes, 63 rue Falguière — just opposite, a historic bistro with a set menu of the day and a dining room that's always full. Closed on Sundays.

Le 46, 46 rue Falguière — a tiny place run by its chef, with a specials board that follows the market. Only a handful of covers.

Hôtel Carladez Cambronne (Paris 15)

Place du Général Beuret, where Hôtel Carladez Cambronne opened, is a true village square, with its terraces and its market.

Le Général Beuret, 9 place du Général Beuret — on the square, a café-restaurant open from morning until very late, with simple food and a cheerful atmosphere.

Le Borromée, 224 rue de Vaugirard — five minutes away, market-fresh cooking chalked up on the board, much loved by regulars. Closed at weekends.

Korner Étoile (Paris 17)

On the Porte de Champerret side, avenue de Villiers is more than enough to keep you well fed during a stay at our hotel near Porte Maillot and the Palais des Congrès.

La Chope Champerret, 143 avenue de Villiers — next to the hotel, a neighbourhood brasserie open early and late, ideal before a trade fair at the Palais des Congrès.

La Terrasse 108, 108 avenue de Villiers — on place Pereire, carefully prepared brasserie food and a large terrace.

Hôtel Duette (Paris 17)

Rue de Lévis, pedestrianised and lined with shops, is a gourmet playground in its own right — and our hotel near Batignolles and Parc Monceau sits right in the middle of it.

Les Résidents, 78 rue de Lévis — a stone's throw away, a tasting menu with a short selection, the place for a dinner you plan ahead. Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Tigermilk Batignolles, 30 rue de Lévis — Latin American cuisine and a lively atmosphere, perfect for groups.

Korner Montmartre (Paris 18)

Two streets from Abbesses, without the queue: our hotel near the Sacré-Cœur looks onto a street where you can dine very well.

Tentazioni, 10 rue Aristide Bruant — right below the hotel, a warm trattoria with fresh pasta and a small terrace. Closed on Mondays.

Labess, 8 rue Aristide Bruant — an evening spot with a piano, fusion cuisine and a carefully curated wine list. Small dining room, booking recommended.

And for special occasions

Our guests also enjoy a few special touches at the five venues of FITZ GROUP, our partner: Fitzgerald and Vesper in the 7th, Abstinence in the 15th, Hollywood Savoy and La Fontaine Gaillon in the 2nd. Just mention when booking that you're staying at a Korner hotel — find out more in our article on the partnership.

One last thing

These addresses change, chefs move on, closing days too. Our reception teams keep their recommendations constantly up to date: ask them, they'll always have one more address than this page. Discover our 3-star hotels in Paris and book direct to get the best rate.
